Job Description

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities across our IT solutions and ERP portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand presence in existing territories across India and international markets

* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for IT services, solutions, and ERP implementations

* Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers in target organizations

* Create compelling proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and lead contract negotiations

* Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities

* Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining healthy profit margins


Required Qualifications

* 3-5 years of proven experience in enterprise IT solutions sales, preferably with enterprise products and software

* Demonstrated success in closing large scale IT implementation deals

* Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT services, and ERP solutions

* Experience in both Indian and international markets

* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
