We are looking for People and Operations Specialists to support our engineering team and oversee key operational and HR-related tasks.
This role combines logistical, HR, finance, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities autonomously.
They will work closely with team leaders to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilitiesâ"”what you'll do:.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, particularly for final-stage candidates.
Maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless interview process.
Manage shipping logistics, including laptops and necessary employee equipment.
Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring bonuses and reimbursements are calculated accurately.
Handle daily HR tasks, such as onboarding, document drafting, and platform management.
Organize and support company events to foster team engagement.
Track and manage company expenses, keeping updated records and reports.
Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.
Monitor emails and review call recordings for positive feedback snippets.
Update and maintain trackers for various projects and tasks.

Requirements:.
Proven experience in HR, finance, or operations roles.
