About Position:

We are on the lookout for strategic, and data-driven, Head of Performance Marketing to spearhead our growth initiatives and elevate our brands market presence. This role will be responsible for driving high-impact, full-funnel growth programs, demand generation, and integrated brand and business marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of building and scaling world-class performance marketing functions, with a deep expertise in developing and executing data-driven strategies that maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. They should be adept at leveraging analytics, cutting-edge marketing technologies, and multi-channel approaches to optimize performance and deliver measurable results. They will be a trusted advisor leading conversation around marketing analytics, campaign progress, performance metrics, and ROI tracking with company leadership, ensuring that data-driven insights shape strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

What Youll Do:

• Leading and scaling Performance Marketing
• Build a robust performance marketing function that spans across web, paid-media, inbound, outbound and events to drive demand generation across brand programs, business marketing and sales motions.
• Work closely with industry and service line marketing leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to generate MQLs, SQLs opportunity pipeline and deal wins aligned with the company’s revenue goals
• Ideate, consult and own end-to-end execution of programs aligned to demand generation, ABM and lead engagement through conferences, tradeshows, marketing roundtables, paid media campaigns and inbound lead generation
• Grow and lead a team of performance marketers and analysts while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Business, Design, Content, Sales, etc.) to align performance marketing execution to business objectives.
• Build regular cadence and lead conversations around marketing insights, campaign progress, and performance metrics and ROI tracking with team and company leadership.
• Strong ability to navigate a matrixed organization while building relationships and interfacing directly with company leadership.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Lead planning, budgeting, execution and reporting of demand generation programs ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor, analyze, and drive robust reporting cadence on campaign performance while optimizing spends and maximizing ROI
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitors.
• Technology and Tools:
• Strong expertise in building a MarTech stack across tools like Pardot, Salesforce CRM 6Sense to align them towards performance marketing objectives
• Ensure the team leverages advanced technologies like SEO, AI/ML for audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

Expertise you’ll Bring:

• 15 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale demand generation programs in the IT/Tech industry
• 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated experience in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performance teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate marketing strategies into measurable business results
• Strong technical bent of mind and proficiency in MarTech stacks and tools like Pardot, 6Sense and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present insights to C-suite executives effectively.
• Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.
