Analyst Relations Manager

About Position:

The Analyst Relations Manager has 5+ years of experience in managing a strategic Analyst Relations program, including creating an analyst engagement calendar and managing the full lifecycle of the competitive report response process. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Persistent s solutions and offerings are well understood by key industry analysts who advise enterprise clients on purchasing decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Create and manage Analyst Relations briefing schedule based on analyst report calendar.
• Oversee the creation of briefing materials in coordination with Business Unit leads and Category Marketing to highlight Persistent s differentiated market position.
• Project manage RFI submissions to ensure accurate, timely completion.
• Track competitive report results and other report mentions to ensure goal completion and report outcomes.
• Advise on best practices for marketing purchased report reprints.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years in Analyst Relations working with tier 1 and 2 industry analysts
• Demonstrated experience working with internal stakeholders for timely completion of briefing presentations and RFIs
• Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and follow through to ensure compliance with deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience using Architect software a plus
