L2 Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Engineer to join our growing team at Persistent Networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring system stability. You will work closely with the L1 team to resolve escalated issues and contribute to enhancing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 technical support for network, server, and infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents within SLAs.
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and configuration.
• Collaborate with L1 support, engineering teams, and clients to deliver exceptional service.
• Document technical issues and resolutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an L2 Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and system administration.
Proficiency in troubleshooting LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
