Who are we looking for?
● Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Paid Marketing and CRM/Retention Marketing.
● Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and CRM platforms such as CleverTap, WebEngage, or HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Marketing:
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels.
● Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to ensure maximum ROI.
● Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting for improved performance.
● Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed performance reports to drive data-informed decisions.

Retention/CRM Marketing:

● Execute retention and engagement strategies using CRM tools like CleverTap, enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
● Design and implement WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging to boost customer conversions.
● Segment customers and develop personalized campaigns based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
● Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to continuously optimize strategies.

Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Paid Advertising and/or CRM/Retention Marketing.
● Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics is a MUST.
● Proficiency in CRM tools such as CleverTap, WebEngage, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
● Solid understanding of customer segmentation, email marketing, and retention strategies.
