Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs such as ROI, CPA, and CTR.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
• Monitor and manage budgets for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and best practices.
• Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between performance marketing and overall brand strategy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or in a similar role with a strong track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
