Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure monthly / weekly production plan compliance of plant in order to ensure that products are available to sales team as per agreed norms.

2. To ensure customer service level compliance to sales and modern trade & exports as per the agreed norms.

3.Effective man power & Machine utilization to achieve pre-set production target schedules, resolve issues with supply chain and quality related issues with team functions, handle issues and implement identified action plans, implement through put/cycle time improvement

4. Planning and implementing predictive / preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to increase machine up-time / equipment reliability

5. Drive KAIZEN & IDEA factory

6. TPM activities drive & implementation

7. Quality Process compliance

8. PPS/LTS implementation

9. Adhering to SOPs, Manuals & work instructions for production operations

10. Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.

11. Controlling CCPs as per HACCP standards

12. Production MIS

Preferred candidate profile

Btech in Mechanical Engineering with 3~ 6 years experience in FMCG industries
