Location: Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi, Delhi

Area: Delhi/NCR

Experience Required: 3 years

Reporting To: Respective Head

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Fixed 2nd Saturdays off)
• Travel Expenses: Reimbursed for client meetings, as required
• Salary: Based on experience and skills

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and professional Corporate Sales Executive to join our organization, in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Delhi/NCR region through effective relationship-building, sales strategies, and new business acquisition. We are seeking a female candidate with a good personality, smart looks, and excellent interpersonal skills to represent the company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Opportunities: Establish and generate new sales opportunities through networking, relationship-building, and conducting outdoor activities.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct area mapping, cold calling, and prospecting to identify potential business leads.
• Deal Closure: Build and maintain a corporate database, lead generation, and ensure timely deal closures with all required documentation.
• Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to accelerate business volume and market share.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and business targets.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to track progress and results.
• Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales numbers and revenue.
• Client Acquisition: Achieve sales targets through acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
• Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new offerings to identify potential improvements or new requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent presentation abilities and client relationship management skills.
• Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying and solving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven team environment.
• Travel Willingness: Must be comfortable with travelling as required for client meetings (travel expenses will be reimbursed).

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
