Golang Developer (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality applications using GoLang.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.

- Address technical challenges while ensuring system stability and scalability.

- Contribute to the organization's growth through hiring and onboarding activities.

What We Are Looking For :

- A minimum of 5 years of software development experience.

- Expertise in GoLang, with experience in TDD and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, databases (RDBMS/NoSQL), and caching systems.

- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and leadership.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.
