Deputy Director - Product Design

We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role is critical in driving the success of our products by understanding user requirements, prioritizing development tasks, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Product Ownership:

Act as the voice of the customer and primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Define, manage, and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business teams, end-users, and customers to gather and translate requirements into actionable tasks.

Facilitate regular communication between stakeholders and development teams to align on goals and priorities.

Agile Practices:

Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Write clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.

Ensure development teams have clarity on requirements and are aligned with sprint goals.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Collaborate on the creation of prototypes, wireframes, and MVPs.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

Oversee product launches, monitor performance, and iterate based on user feedback.

Metrics and Reporting:

Define KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Present progress, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.

Essential:

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in tools like Azure Devops, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.

Ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Preferred:

Experience with Hyper Automation, Process Discovery with tools like UiPath, Celonis is added advantage.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
