Job Description
Responsibilities
- This individual will review and resolve SAP IDOC ZML failures in order to maintain integrity of day to day business flows
- Monitor data sync reports execute sync resolution and/or communicate to business/support teams of out of sync issues
- Ensure proper commuincations with other HQ/IT teams via SPA Box and Zoom Channels
- Work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams supporting the SAP Hana solution and designing, testing new robust SAP functionality.
- Gather, analyze and streamline business processes to deliver efficiency to the FLNA Supply Chain.
- Develop and execute analytical tools, using Excel and Access, which business teams will then use to achieve performance objectives.
- Develop and deliver training materials required to implement new tools, enhancements or procedures.
- Accountable for 3MM+ idocs per day for resolution if failure within a given SLA
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management, or applicable degree preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC SAP Hana a plus
- Practical working/programing knowledge of Excel, Access, VBA SQL a plus
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
- 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain
- Ability to communicate and articulate opportunities and solutions
- Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross functional team environment
- Working knowledge of order processing, order life cycle and/or master data desired
- Ability to recognize and take action to resolve issues quickly and efficiently whilst escalating root cause deep dive to appropriate teams
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
- Be flexible, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
