Digital Products and Application at PepsiCo

Senior Software Engineer :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineering Full Stack with a good experience in deploying large scale cloud deployment . In this role, you will lead the low level design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered applications across both frontend and backend layers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/X designers, software engineers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and continuous optimization of our solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Full Stack Development:

Architect, develop, and deploy scalable web applications.

Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to align on project requirements and timelines

Manage end-to-end development processes from initial planning, coding, testing, to deployment and maintenance.

Exposure to Front end tech like React, Native react JS is an added advantage

Should have either full backend and microservices Java, SpringBoot, Node JS experience

Azure BOT services and Azure Cognitive services is an advantage

Deployment & CI/CD Pipelines:

Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Ensure robust version control, code reviews, and quality assurance practices.

Developer Mentoring:

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in hands-on full-stack development.

Experience in deploying Cognitive services and custom models in production environments.

Technical Skills:

Primary in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js).

Strong expertise in back-end frameworks (Node.js).

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform).

Experience with API development and microservices architecture.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with MLOps tools and platforms.

Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and other AI subfields.

Experience with GraphQL or similar query languages.
