Architect - SAP BW - IP-PAK TPM

Responsible to support PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) TPM (Trade Promotion Management). The complete suite of all SAP TPM processes - SAP CBP & Promotion Planning, ATPM, TPO and Reporting. Working closely with the Business and IT counterparts to resolve production incidents, develop new requirements, cross system integration issues related to SAP TPM, funds & accruals and claims & claim settlement management with S4 CCS (Condition Contract Settlement).

PepsiCo has an open door policy, and the consultant is okay to talk to the business directly to understand the ask or any clarification needed. PepsiCo always values thoughts and ideas, big or small. The consultant should be able to explain the issue and resolution process to the IT and business. Also, a team player who can work with TPM and cross-functional teams.

Must have deep knowledge of the following SAP standard functionalities:

• SAP TPM: Customer Business Planning, Trade Promotion Planning
• IP/PAK is a MUST
• AMDP is a plus
• Deep knowledge of SAP TPM and BW IP SAP configuration
• Trade Management Analytics (TMA)
• Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO)
• SAP Demand Signal Management (DSIM) and BW for data acquisition is plus

Knowledge SAP Unified Demand Forecast (UDF) is a plus.

• We prefer candidates with 7+ years of experience in SAP CRM TPM and S4HANA integration, specifically within trade promotion integration areas such as customer business planning, PAK, IP, AMDP, and promotion planning.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BW, IP, PAK Planning Functions, BW aggregations in promotion planning, planning queries.
• Strong experience in end-to-end Trade Management planning, Trade Promotion Optimization with ATMA, UDF & TPO.
• Knowledge of TPM related master data objects to support the Promotion Planning and Execution (business partner and business roles, customer hierarchy, Product, Product Hierarchy etc.)
• Familiarity with CPG/beverages business processes and nuances related to trade management across multiple business units.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the implementation by effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel (only when needed) based on varying business requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow.
• Solves highly complex problems and leads to a solution within a work team.
• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in timelines and sequences.
