Deputy Director - Identity & Access Governance

The Identity Access Governance Architect/SME will be the senior technical SME in the IAM organization and is responsible to architect, design, implement and support access governance solutions in distributed OnPrem & Cloud infrastructure.

Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Works closely with enterprise architects to ensure adequate security solutions are in place to mitigate identified risks sufficiently, while meeting business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Provide technical leadership and deliver complex projects. Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metrics reporting via Computer Associates (CA) IDM and Recertification tools.

• Manage/ drive recertification reviews providing pre and post review assistance to customers
• Maintain /enhance CA Identity governance implementation
• Interact with business team to onboard applications for recertification's
• Develop and conduct conduct recertification using CA Identity governance
• Work with various business and IT teams and define technical requirements for Identity and Access Governance and ensure the right architecture/design is implemented. Develop / implement Identity Access Governance functionality to fulfill business requirements.
• Specify guidelines and processes for integration, administration and maintenance of Identity Access Governance tools.
• Gather requirements and guide / recommend the right integration pattern for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in PepsiCo
• Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metrics reporting via Computer Associates (CA) IDM and Recertification tools.

• Professional with significant experience and extensive knowledge in Identity and Access governance fieOld.
• overall IT Experience 13+ years
• Security experience - 11+ years
• 10+ years of experience in identity management and recertification services with 6+ years as SME/architect and 5+ years in Java
• Bachelors in engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on development, customization, and configuration management experience for an Identity Governance and Management solution
• 8+ years of experience in installing and configuring with CA Identity Governance and CA Identity Portal
• 8+ years of experience with industry best practices for Access governance, processes, and controls.
• 5+ years of experience Operationalizing reports and analytics.
• 12+ years of experience with IAM Concepts such as Role Management, SOD, RBAC, ABAC, Privileged Access Management, SSO, etc.
• 8+ years of experience with the IAM SDLC and the User Identity Lifecycle, Reconciliation, Monitoring, and Auditing.
• 5+ years of experience in Pentaho kettle scripts and Jasper Reporting tool
• Knowledge and understanding in Recertification process.
• 4+ years of experience in Java coding and scripting.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle 12c/19c or SQL Server Database is required.
