What The Work Looks Like:
Install, configure, and maintain company products or systems at client sites
Manage and execute operations and service of Peppermint robots
Manage and execute service, preventive maintenance and technical support related queries for Peppermint customers
Perform and lead robot deployments and demo including programming, training & certification of customer staff
Provide detailed documentation and reporting about deployments, demos and maintenance + service plans
Ensure timely resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site
Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and parts used
Experience and Skills / Qualities We Deeply Value:
1-3 Years of experience preferably in Industrial / Manufacturing / Electronics testing
Good Customer facing skills, ability to listen to the customer, assure them & document the same on company portal
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the [industry or sector]
Time Management skills, Problem Solving Skills, willingness to learn softwares related to the cleaning industry
