As an operations executive, you will be working on the deployment, operations and service of Peppermint robots at customer locations and also overseeing demos across operational regions. You will be involved in the technical briefings from the engineering teams and learn about robotics with Peppermint.

B.E. / Diploma Electronics or Mechanical in Electronics or Mechanical
What The Work Looks Like:
Install, configure, and maintain company products or systems at client sites.
Manage and execute operations and service of Peppermint robots.
Manage and execute service, preventive maintenance and technical support related queries for Peppermint customers.
Perform and lead robot deployments and demo including programming, training & certification of customer staff.
Provide detailed documentation and reporting about deployments, demos and maintenance + service plans.
Ensure timely resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site.
Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and parts used.
Experience and Skills / Qualities We Deeply Value:
1-3 Years of experience preferably in Industrial / Manufacturing / Electronics testing.
Good Customer facing skills, ability to listen to the customer, assure them & document the same on company portal.
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
Time Management skills, Problem Solving Skills, willingness to learn softwares related to the cleaning industry.
Hold a valid and up-to-date driver s license.
Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role in the territory.
