Job Profile: Senior Human Resource Executive

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Salary Package: ₹3 LPA - ₹5 LPA


About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at Peppermint Communications & INTICEDE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, payroll processing, employee training & development, and college placements. This role is crucial in ensuring a productive and positive workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning.
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle grievance redressal and employee conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Payroll & Compensation Management:

  • Process monthly payroll, salary revisions, and employee benefits.
  • Manage tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and create skill development programs.
  • Organize workshops, leadership development, and employee training sessions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure upskilling and career growth of employees.

College Placements & Internships:

  • Develop partnerships with colleges for campus hiring programs.
  • Organize placement drives and internship programs.
  • Conduct pre-placement talks and guide fresh graduates on career opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and training.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
