Role Overview
Pepagora is looking for a Data Scientist with strong AI-driven product analytics experience to enhance our B2B marketplace intelligence, improve SME trade success & drive automated insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Sales & Marketing to develop AI-driven buyer-seller matching, lead intelligence, user analytics, and predictive insights.

You will directly impact revenue, product adoption & user engagement with AI-driven data models.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Buyer-Seller Matching & Trade Intelligence

• Build ML models to enhance trade opportunities by matching buyers & sellers based on behavior.
• Develop intelligent product & supplier recommendations for B2B buyers.

Lead Intelligence & Predictive Insights

• Identify high-value SMEs likely to convert into paying customers.
• Build AI-based lead scoring models for the Sales Team to target the right customers.

User Behavior & Data Analytics

• Analyze how users interact with Pepagora & suggest product enhancements.
• Use AI to predict user drop-offs & suggest engagement strategies.

Data Cleansing & Business Information Structuring

• Work on AI-driven data validation to remove duplicate or incorrect listings.
• Improve data enrichment with auto-filled missing details.

SEO & Automated Content Optimization

• Use AI models to auto-generate metadata & optimize search visibility.
• Help structure millions of B2B listings for better search indexing.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with Product, Tech, and Sales teams to implement AI-based product enhancements.
• Continuously improve models & algorithms based on user feedback & real-world impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• AI & ML Models for Marketplace Optimization
• Strong experience in Predictive Analytics, Data Science & AI-driven Growth
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with NLP, Recommendation Systems, Predictive User Analytics
• Understanding of Marketplace Data Structures & Business Intelligence
• Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or E-commerce platforms preferred
