Pepagora - Full Stack Developer - NestJS/React.js (5-7 yrs)

Profile :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in NestJS, Next.js, and React to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that drive innovation and digital transformation. As a Senior Developer, you will be involved in end-to-end development, from architecture design to deployment, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

Responsibilities :

- Front-End Development : Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js, ensuring seamless API integration and exceptional user experience.

- Back-End Development : Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using NestJS, ensuring robust and secure backend architecture.

- Database Management : Design and optimize database schemas and queries using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve bottlenecks in both frontend and backend applications, improving load times and overall performance.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Adhere to coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, Product Managers, and other developers to deliver high quality products.

Required Skill Set :

Front-End Technologies :

- Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Strong knowledge of CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and Material-UI.

- Experience in developing responsive and pixel-perfect UIs across mobile, tablets, and large screens.

Back-End Technologies :

- Strong hands-on experience with NestJS (Node.js framework).

- Knowledge of JavaScript for backend development.

- Experience with microservices architecture and API development.

Database & Caching :

- Expertise in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached.

API Development & Integration :

- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OAuth, JWT, and SSO.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record in developing scalable

applications.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment with Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications : Exposure to WebSockets and real-time data streaming.
