Job Description
Transport Management:
- To keep record of all vehicles, its maintenance, servicing, insurance etc.
- Supervise and monitor driver's duty, attendance & their leaves.
- Ensure smooth functioning of transport department.
- Maintain logbook, registers & prepare MIS report monthly.
- Coordination & Liaisoning with RTO and other concerned authorities.
- Maintain record of all the quarters & inventory provided (Bungalows, HIG, MIG, Sr.MIG, LIG, EWS, Nurses Hostel).
- To keep record of allotted & vacated quarters & update regularly.
- Ensure security, safety & cleaning of vacant quarters.
- Issue allotment order to new allottee after getting approval from HR department.
- Prepare report on monthly basis.
- Ensure cleanliness of roads surrounding common areas in the campus by managing the existing housekeeping staff.
- Proper waste disposal.
- Liaisoning with Municipal Corporation & other bodies.
- Other work given by management from time to time.
