Linux Architect - Audio Driver Development (10-12 yrs)

The Audio Development - Linux Architect is responsible for driving architectural decisions in Linux-based audio solutions, working on high-performance audio drivers and firmware.

This role will guide and provide technical direction to engineering teams in embedded audio technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement high-performance audio drivers and firmware for embedded Linux.

- Guide strategic direction for audio DSP, DAC/ADC integration, and protocol optimization.

- Provide technical leadership on Linux audio development and manage collaborations with internal and external teams.

- Oversee the integration of ALSA ASoC and audio protocols (I2S/TDM) for optimized performance.

- Conduct system debugging and resolve complex audio issues.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in embedded Linux development, specializing in audio and DSP.

- Advanced expertise in C/C++ programming, ALSA ASoC development, and audio protocols.

- Experience in DSP firmware, RTOS, and embedded audio systems.

- Familiarity with firmware debugging using JTAG and other tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in open-source audio contributions.

- Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals and audio architecture
