Job Description:
- This is a permanent opportunity for the role of Import / Export Documentation Executive & Accountant.
1. Practical work knowledge of Import documentation and Export documentation in a trading environment.
2. Process and examine required import/export shipping documents as per rules and regulations.
3. Sending the shipping related documents to the customers.
4. Follow up with customers and onshore counter parties for Import/Export shipments and must know the status of all shipments.
5. Maintaining the Inward-Outward reports of material.
6. Coordination with accounting firm for day-to-day accounting and banking related transactions.
7. Local Invoices/Expense booking (Employee reimbursement/courier /purchased).
8. Month End Entries posting.
9. Making payment in bank portal.
