Vice President - Credit Project Management - NBFC (12-15 yrs)

Location: Only Delhi Based Candidates

Working days: 5 days a week

Project financing & appraisals, loan documentation, disbursement, project monitoring, follow-up & recovery, strong in analysing financial statement and close monitoring of loan portfolio including promoters meetings, site visits, early warning signals etc.

Responsibilities:

- Preference will be given to experience in wholesale lending.

- Core experience - Business development, loan origination for wholesale lending, financial analysis & modeling, project financing & appraisals, coordinating with clients, analysis of financial statements, credit risk analysis, credit appraisals & deal closure with experience in term lending in sectors like real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, NBFCs, etc.

- Credit analysis: Analyzing credit transactions and rating applications, preparing credit memos, and performing credit reviews

- Risk management: Identifying risk factors, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

- Portfolio management: Monitoring rated portfolios, minimizing rating swings, and tracking loan portfolios

- Reporting: Preparing MIS, variance analysis reports, and P&L for loan products and business segments

- Communication: Interacting with business development and other functions, and maintaining client relationships

- Research: Tracking competitor activities and sectoral developments, and publishing research reports

- Policy compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

- Staffing: Ensuring staffing requirements are met to handle business opportunities

- Mentoring: Mentoring lower-level analysts
