Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFS/FMCG (4-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:

A. IFRS Compliance :

1. Review quarterly IFRS financial results of global subsidiaries of company and provide reasoning to Corporate FP&A for any major movements

2. Perform the quarterly reconciliation between IFRS financials and Company's MIS books to identify and understand major items from the regional finance heads.

3. Ensure compliance with regards to preparation and audit of the IFRS financials of global subsidiaries.

4. Assist the Corporate FP&A team for quarterly sales audit requirement for GPL.

5. Assist Corporate FP&A team with any information/clarification for subsidiary accounts at the time of consolidation

B. EDPMS:

1. Ensure adherence to RBI compliance for collection of export invoices on a recurring basis

2. Work with the Group's treasury team and bank officials to close the export invoice from the RBI compliance system

C. PLI Scheme:

1. Prepare sales data on a quarterly basis for the approved molecules for the purposes of incentive program.

2. Review and analyze the movement of sales region wise and identify reasons for high variances.

3. Address the queries raised by statutory auditors during the certification of prepared sales data

D. Assist in automation for generation of sales related reports for timely execution of sales audit.

E. Prepare and submit the related party transactions as per SEBI disclosure regulations

F. Adhoc - The candidate is expected to assist and work on any ad-hoc compliance related projects undertaken by the Company from time to time.
