Associate Model Validation & Risk Analytics Engineer (1-6 yrs)

Role : Associate - Model Validation & Risk Analytics

Exp : minimum- 1+Year

Key Responsibilities :

1. Retail Credit Risk Model Validation and Analytics :

- Support in validating underwriting, collection, and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models.

- Assist in model performance analysis and data deep dives to identify discrepancies in model or portfolio performance.

- Prepare and contribute to the production of model validation reports.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Participate in analysing and interpreting the results of Management Information (MI) reports and model validation procedures.

- Assist in automating manual reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

- Maintain an inventory of relevant MIS, reports, and dashboards for credit risk monitoring.

3. Collaboration and Support :

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather insights and support data analysis needs.

- Take ownership of smaller tasks and should have strong coding experience in Python, SQL.

4. Risk Analysis & Model Insights:

- Provide assistance in investigating unusual model performance variances.

- Contribute to the execution of risk analysis and identification of risk trends in models.

5. Team Development & Contribution :

- Actively participate in building a high-performance, growth-driven team culture.

- Share insights and learnings with junior team members and support in model validation procedures.
