Techno Functional Delivery Manager - US Healthcare (13-27 yrs)

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Techno-Functional Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare to lead and manage cross-functional teams. This individual will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring the successful delivery of healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have significant hands-on experience as a Java/Python Developer, Tech Lead, or Delivery Manager with expertise in team management and delivery of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of developers, business analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the US Healthcare domain.

- Understand both business and technical requirements and drive the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements, project timelines, and deliverables.

- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, and quality standards.

- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of healthcare applications, leveraging expertise in Java/Python.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and senior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Ensure efficient resource management, team skill development, and delivery excellence.

- Manage project scope, risks, and timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of solutions.

- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and other relevant industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on the US Healthcare domain.

- Previous experience as a Java/Python Developer, Tech Lead, or Delivery Manager.

- Strong technical background, with proficiency in Java/Python development.

- Proven experience in team management and leadership, with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.

- Expertise in handling cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, QA, etc.).

- Excellent understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and processes (e.g., HIPAA, EHR, Payer/Provider systems, etc.).

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-facing environment.

- Experience working with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira, etc.).
