Techno-Functional Project Manager (9-12 yrs)

Years of Experience : 9+ Years.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all aspects of assigned engagements, ensuring successful fulfillment of client commitments regarding timelines, deliverables, quality, and process compliance.

- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle, proactively addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.

- Develop comprehensive project plans based on client expectations and future goals, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.

- Collaborate effectively with clients to establish clear communication channels, discuss project plans, and manage expectations throughout the engagement.

- Strategically allocate resources based on project requirements and team skillsets to optimize efficiency and performance.

- Oversee day-to-day project management tasks, including work scheduling, allocation, and progress tracking.

- Adapt and implement relevant processes for each engagement, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and best practices.

Team Leadership :

- Provide effective leadership for the team assigned to the engagement, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Implement strategies to motivate team members, enhance their productivity, and promote talent retention.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, representing the team and project leadership.

- Manage all client communication for the engagement, ensuring clear and transparent information flow.

Qualifications :

- 9+ years of experience in project management or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of relevant industry practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

- Experience in adapting and implementing project management processes is a plus.
