CBO's Office (Program Manager)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Program Manager with 1-2 years of experience to support and manage key sales initiatives and programs that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in sales process optimization, and ensure seamless program execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute leadership programs while contributing to overall business success.

- ONLY looking for Individuals from IIT, NIT or BITS-P.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in Program Development: Support the design, implementation, and management of sales programs that align with the company's revenue and growth goals.

- Sales & Service Enablement Support: Work with sales & operations leadership to provide resources, tools, and training to enhance the productivity and performance of the sales & service team.

- Program Execution: Help in managing and tracking the execution of sales programs, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Identify areas for improvement in the execution process.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure that sales programs are aligned with organizational goals and integrated into broader business efforts.

- Data & Reporting: Track sales metrics and KPIs (e.g., sales pipeline, lead conversion, deal closure) to monitor the effectiveness of sales programs. Assist in generating reports for leadership on program performance.

- Sales Process Optimization: Support the continuous improvement of sales processes to increase efficiency and improve customer acquisition efforts.

- Program Innovation: Contribute ideas for new sales initiatives and improvements to existing programs that can drive sales growth and customer engagement.
