Product Manager (3-8 yrs)

Our client is a dynamic and innovative company located in NCR Delhi in the B2B space.

Position: Product Manager

Qualification: PGDM/MBA and BTech ( CS/ IT) with strong academic score in 10th and 12th. Please ensure your CV captures the Year and Percentage.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Skill Sets / Requirements:

- Proactive data backed problem solving and coaching skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to develop, define and oversee the product roadmap and manage it as required for meeting and exceeding deliverables for the business

- Proven leadership capabilities and measurable results with solid grasp on customer centricity

- Able to work from home (whenever required) with necessary resources i.e., desktop/laptop equipped with a webcam, high speed internet connection and mobile phone

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Analytical bent of mind with good hold on numbers and calculations

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Be a full product / business process owner: shape the vision, define short term - long term goals along with clear measurable KPIs and develop the roadmap

- Build process flow diagrams, collaborate with technology team(s) in executing the feature development

- Lead and collaborate with internal team members and external cross functional stakeholders in executing planned deliverables to achieve the goals

- Monitor the launched features and feed learnings back to the product or process for enhancements

- Benchmark and conduct research to stay abreast with the pulse of the market and use it for product or process enhancements

- Manage the customer experience and associated process operations run in partnership with contact centres and freelancers

- Managing and sending weekly/monthly reports for the owned product and associated processes

Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in NCR Delhi.
