We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor and Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and experience in creating engaging videos, primarily for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Shorts. This role requires a deep understanding of audience needs, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a knack for creating content that resonates with our brands voice and objectives.

As a Video Creator:

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Create, edit, and produce engaging video content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
• Content Editing: Utilize video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro to craft visually appealing and impactful videos.
• Design Integration: Incorporate design elements using tools like Adobe Photoshop to enhance video quality and create cohesive visual content.
• Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and visual stories that capture the essence of Coschools mission.
• Platform Optimization: Tailor video content to suit the specific requirements of social media platforms, optimizing for engagement and viewer retention on YouTube, Reels, and Shorts.
• Collaborative Creation: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative video ideas that align with our brand strategy.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and social media, continually refining techniques to improve content quality and performance.

Key Skills Requirement:

● 1-3 years of experience in video editing and videography, with a focus on creating content for
social media platforms.

• Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and
  design tools like Adobe Photoshop.
• A strong creative vision with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually
  appealing videos.
• Previous experience in creating content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and
  Shorts is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, professional video
  content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
