Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktop hardware issues, including PC assembling and networking troubleshooting.
- Configure Outlook email clients and perform OS installations as needed.
- Offer remote support to resolve technical issues via phone or video conferencing.
- Troubleshoot printers and perform Windows installations when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in desktop support engineering with expertise in hardware networking, PC assembling, and Windows installation.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to configure Outlook email clients.
- Proficiency in performing remote support using various tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection.
