Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, plotted development project sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in real estate investment sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to scale high-performing sales teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy Development
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competitors.
Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, nurture, and close high-value clients.
Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate sales professionals.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear targets for the sales team.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Market Research
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Analyze market trends to offer data-driven insights and enhance client offerings.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between lead generation and sales efforts.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
