Job Summary :

We are seeking a Vice President/Associate Vice President to develop and execute the overall leasing strategy for the commercial division. Monitoring and analyzing market trends along with developing existing and prospective relationships with key customers to offer innovative opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Commercial Leasing - Develop and execute the overall leasing strategy for the commercial division.

- Broker Network Management, preferably from Client Associate. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.

- Activate and engage top channel partners in the catchment area and new territories across Gurgaon

- Negotiate sales/leasing and purchase/leasing contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and preparing amendments as necessary

- Monitoring and analyzing market trends along with developing existing and prospective relationships with key customers to offer innovative opportunities for business growth.

- Formulating Marketing Strategies in discussion with the management, further implementing and monitoring the same.

- Conducting market surveys and analyzing competitors' activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.

- Proven experience in real estate leasing, with a strong track record of successful deal closures
