Job Overview:

- As a Performance Analyst, you have to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and should have good knowledge of wind power plant portfolio management, able to work on various technical reports, Turbine Power Curve performance assessments as per IEC on regular basis, loss calculations against non performance of Wind Turbines, drive the AEP improvement campaigns, energy budget preparations and co-ordinate with O&M contractor for resolution of operational challenges.

- This role will ensure our asset performance management strategies are optimized through deep technical insights.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to, the following functional areas:

Performance Analysis of Wind Farm:

- To conduct performance Analysis of the Wind farm using Power curves, PN Curves, Pitch Curves, Temperature analysis and other parameters plots

- Analyze the wind turbine performance using met mast/I-spin data as per IEC guidelines

- Prepare generation budget for Operating assets

- To evaluate potential losses in a wind farms and works on strategies to minimize the operational and performance losses

- To work with Global team to define and analyze various logics for Performance Analysis

- Do market research for various Performance improvement initiatives and to lead the initiatives single handedly.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Utilize SCADA systems and data analysis softwares to monitor performance and identify trends.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on turbine performance and unavailability metrics

Operational Support:

- Collaborate with the Fleet Performance team to integrate detailed technical insights into our monitoring and analysis tools.

- Train and mentor internal team on OEM equipment specifics and best practices for performance analysis.

- Serve as the in-house expert on OEM-specific technologies, maintenance practices, and performance metrics.
