The Role
Act as the point of contact between the executives and clients
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Maintain staff register, taking the appointments, blocking the calendars and provide reminders for appointments scheduled.
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Updating the portal regarding the appointments
Generating invoice, updating the packages and handing over the cash.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a track record of successful office management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
