Roles & Responsibilities :-

Market Strategy: Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic. The creation of a wide variety of online and offline marketing strategy. Knowledge of market research practices and techniques. Apply the market strategies and analyses the data

Campaign Management: manage a variety of end to end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You'll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.

Content Marketing: write long form blogs that are optimised for SEO and our target keywords.

Website: Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. Use the CMS to update the website with content, ensure its optimised for SEO and track its performance in Google Analytics.

Social Media: post and repurpose content across our social channels.

Email: create and send out our monthly newsletter through Mai.

CRM: segment data for campaigns.

Analysis: pull together data for the Group Marketing Manager and track the marketing spend.

Requirements and skills -

Degree in Marketing.

Minimum 3+ years of experience required. (Preferably in Fashion Industry)

Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

Experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels Marketing campaigns

Knowledge of website analytics tools

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
