Sales Manager - SaaS Sales/ERP Sales
Profile Summary :
We seek to hire an organized, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager with a passion for selling Software Solutions & help us grow our customer base by selling products to existing & new customers. We look forward to hiring someone who can maintain good client relationships.
Key Performance Areas :
- Create qualified leads & achieve sales targets by working in collaboration with the sales team.
- Take initiatives that help in building a strong customer pipeline & thereby driving our Product sales.
- Prepare & deliver technical presentations explaining our Product to the existing & prospective customers.
- Create and deliver Product Presentations and Demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of our Product.
- Identify current & future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with current & potential customer base.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the technical/R&D team for future product enhancements.
- Support & partner with sales executives to plan, prepare & execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Suggest ideas/innovations that increase customer satisfaction.
Required Competencies :
1. Threshold competencies: Preferably an MBA/PGDM(Sales/Marketing) or related stream with 5 years' Software Sales Experience.
2. Functional Competencies:
- Familiar with tools like- Zoho CRM systems, subscription management tools, etc.
- Power-user of networking tools such as LinkedIn.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills- a good speaker and comfortable dealing with large sets of audiences in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
