Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Holiday Package Process Coordinator to manage and streamline the process of creating, booking, and ensuring the smooth operation of holiday packages. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders to deliver a seamless holiday experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Package Creation and Customization:

Develop and design holiday packages that meet customer needs, preferences, and budget.

Work with hotels, and transport companies to curate competitive and attractive holiday offerings.

Customize packages based on specific client requests, including special accommodations, events, and activities.

Booking and Reservation Management:

Manage all bookings for holiday packages, including flight, hotel, transfers, and activities.

Ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations for all components of the holiday package.

Monitor availability and provide alternative options when necessary.

Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to holiday packages.

Offer advice and recommendations on holiday destinations, package details, and itinerary options.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication before, during, and after the trip.

Coordination with Vendors and Partners:

Previous experience in travel or holiday package planning is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of holiday destinations, travel trends, and customer expectations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking systems/software.

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
