- Achieve Store sales targets
- Ability to resolve operational and financial issues promptly.
- Assist the Store Incharge in overseeing daily store activities such as stock management, employee scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Address customer queries and complaints efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Reconcile daily sales, cash, and card transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales reports, petty cash expenses, and vendor payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist the Store Incharge in monitoring and controlling operational budgets.
- Can work in flexible work hours.
- Having knowledge to handle superstore efficiently.
