Position: Assistant store manager

Location: Various locations in Bihar

Area of Responsibility:

• Audit of stock.
• Transfer of medicines in the branch.
• To check all employees are working as per work allotted / expected.
• Overall maintenance of discipline & management in the shop.
• Supervising daily operations at store
• Assisting & motivating staff to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow SOP designed by corporate/Head office.
• Scheduling staff, managing inventory and assisting customers.

Primary Responsibility:

• Focus / planning to achieve sales growth.
• customers satisfaction.

Personal Skill:

• Good Communication and leadership skills.
• Good in excel report
• Have experience MIS executive minimum 2 yrs. ( may be non- medico )

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail pharmacy management.

- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Salary : 3 to 4 lacs + incentives
