Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of sales representatives, ensuring their success in meeting sales targets and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving successful sales outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor daily activities of the team to ensure they are focused on achieving assigned goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews with each team member to assess progress against targets and provide constructive feedback
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and drive revenue growth within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, Technical Sales Support, and Production to ensure alignment in achieving overall company objectives.
- Implement effective sales techniques by setting clear expectations on customer engagement strategies.
- Should have good knowledge of Softwares & Prepare regular reports on sales metrics such as pipeline status, team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others towards achieving common goals
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Solid understanding of various sales techniques including prospecting strategies,
negotiating tactics, and closing methods.
-Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work effectively both individually or as part of a team
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-Demonstrated ability to analyze data trends.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets
