Role Title: Company Secretary
Reporting to: Managing Director
Department: Finance and Accounts
Location: Corporate Office, Visakhapatnam
Immediate requirement.
CTC: As per the industry norms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. All compliances under the Companies Act 2013 & the relevant Rules, including but not limited to conducting Board and general meetings, filing of all forms and updating the memorandum and
articles of association, when required.
2. Provide legal and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings
3. Create and update the companys policies as may be required from time to time.
4. To study the existing contracts with suppliers and customers and suggest required changes, if any
* Shorlisted Candidate will be called for Written test, those are qualified in written test they will be called for final interview.

knowledge of
Profile - Education:
Qualified Company Secretary.
Profile Experience:
About 5 yrs. of relevant experience.
Mandatory requirements:
1. Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for working in an ERP environment.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have : Knowledge of patents and Trademark Laws; Knowledge of IPO process etc. will be an
added advantage.
Capable to provide support to high-profile company officials and the board members.
