About the team:

Drives and Grows the Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through various payment and merchant services.

About the role:

To be a part of enterprise team, Drive and Grow the Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through various payment and merchant services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of assigned territory (Meerut & Ghaziabad) to achieve targets.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new merchants and increasing revenue through prepaid sales, merchant onboarding, and digital payment solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams such as EDC, Telecom Sales, Merchant Acquiring, Payment Gateways, Fintech companies to drive business growth.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling existing products/services to existing customers.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks related to UPI transactions, QR code scanning at POS machines.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in retail channel sales or similar role with a focus on fintech industry.
  
• Strong understanding of digital payment ecosystem including Prepaid Sales, Merchant Acquiring, Payment Gateways & Fintech Companies.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including merchants and internal teams.
