Device/ Payment Compliance Specialist

Position Summary: An experienced professional to lead certification processes for payment terminals, manage import/export compliance, and ensure adherence to international standards across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Certification Management:

• Drive EMV L1/L2, PCI PTS, WPC, and ROHS certification processes.
• Manage international certifications including CE, FCC, TELEC, CCC, and BIS
• Coordinate with testing laboratories to ensure timely certification completion
• Monitor and track certification validity periods and manage renewal processes
• Maintain comprehensive certification documentation
• Act as primary liaison with certification bodies and authorities

Import/Export Compliance:

• Ensure product compliance with Indian and international import regulations
• Manage end-to-end documentation for customs clearance
• Implement and maintain country-specific labeling requirements
• Stay current with changes in global import regulations
• Maintain detailed import/export documentation and records

Documentation & Validation:

• Maintain and regularly update compliance documentation
• Coordinate hardware testing with laboratories to secure necessary certifications
• Handle compliance issues and respond to regulatory authorities
• Prepare comprehensive certification applications
• Track and document all compliance-related communications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science
• 10+ years experience in payment device compliance & certification
• Certified Payment Professional (CPP)  
• Strong knowledge of EMV and PCI standards 
• Proven experience in international certification processes
• Expertise in testing laboratory coordination
• Comprehensive understanding of import/export regulations
• Certification in Payment Security (preferred)
