Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media sites.
  
• Utilize convincing power to convert prospects into paying customers over phone calls.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that meet client needs while maximizing revenue for the company.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in inside sales or telesales role.
  
• Strong selling skills with ability to close deals effectively over phone calls.
  
• Excellent communication skills with convincing ability to build rapport with clients.
  
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for lead generation and management (e.g., CRM software).
  
• Ability to work independently from home office environment.
