Data Analyst - Power BI/Excel/Python (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Use statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract meaningful insights.

- Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Create clear and compelling data visualizations, such as dashboards and reports, using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Python.

- Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

- Ensure data quality, security, and privacy standards are maintained.

- Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 1+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.

- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

- Strong understanding of financial data, especially loans and lending.

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Experience with Python programming language and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
