We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to deliver world-class fundraising solutions for key partners and customers. In this role, you will own product strategy and end-to-end fundraising solutions that power charitable giving across PayPal, along with the world s largest online marketplaces. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the strategy, lead roadmap development and execution of platform fundraising capabilities, collaborate with engineering, design and commercial teams, and deliver solutions that drive adoption and enhance user experiences at scale. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with external partners, ensuring compliance with charitable regulations, all while balancing customer, business and social impact objectives.

Your day-to-day
Platform and partner fundraising strategy
Define and execute the roadmap for platform and partner fundraising solutions, ensuring seamless integrations, value-added features, platform scalability and superior user experiences.
Address the unique requirements of global partners and customers, including payment preferences and regulatory environment across key markets.
Design onboarding, integration, payment, management and reporting experiences that are intuitive and seamless from start to finish.
Dive deep into the technical details, working with engineering teams to designs frameworks, integration tools and documentation that enables deployment and adoption.
Drive cross-functional partnerships to solutions
Partner with operations, sales and customer support to ensure Voice of Customer is prioritized across product and user experiences.
Collaborate with engineering to design and build payment solutions that support diverse use cases across PayPal product stack, including Checkout, Braintree, Payouts, PayPal app and Venmo.
Leverage analytics to understand customer behavior, optimize performance, and prioritize features that maximize impact across broader organizational objectives and goals.
Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Serve as a key liaison for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.
What do you need to bring
8+ years of product and platform experience within the payments or financial technology sectors, with a proven track record of launching and scaling products that deliver quantifiable value to customers.
Proficient in overseeing all elements of the product development cycle; experience in analyzing customer needs, recommending, and designing end-to-end solutions.
Proven experience working in highly regulated environments and collaborating with risk, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to design and implement seamless, compliant experiences.
Highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
Prior experience or strong interest in charitable giving or social impact.
A bachelors degree in a related field ( eg, engineering, computer science, business administration)
Fluency in English and strong communication skills required.
