Machine Learning Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and architect scalable and efficient machine learning systems.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning research and technologies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, Java, Scala.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture principles.
• Excellent grasp of statistics and mathematics.
• Experience with MLOps and MLaaS is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
