As a Telecaller cum Relationship Manager, you will:

1. Client Engagement:
   
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure a smooth matchmaking process.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion:
   
• Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication.
• Persuade clients to subscribe to premium services by explaining the benefits and features of the plans.
3. Matchmaking Assistance:
   
• Analyze client profiles and suggest compatible matches.
• Provide personalized advice and support to clients to improve their matchmaking experience.
4. Feedback & Follow-Up:
   
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up regularly with clients to monitor progress and maintain engagement.
5. Data Management:
   
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, client preferences, and updates in the CRM system.
• Provide timely reports to the team regarding progress and challenges.
